Moon started baking after she received a KitchenAid mixer as a gift. She lacked prior experience in macarons or baking. It is an activity of love. Her macarons each batch takes between 7 to 15 hours in two to three days. But she works during the day full time and bakes only at night.

Moon focuses all her attention on the character macarons as she finds joy in baking. It is her hobby and she is passionate about it. It gives her a therapeutic feel. Her heart feels full as she is done with baking.
